WeMind BUP Växjö is expanding its operations and is now looking for more nurses starting in September. We look forward to creating the best conditions for children and young people together!

We are now expanding the nursing group at WeMind BUP in Växjö. For us, it is important to have a safe and pleasant work environment where every employee has a stimulating work situation and has fun at work.

As a nurse at WeMind, you work both independently and in a team with doctors and psychologists to ensure good care and nursing for the patients. You act as a primary care contact with the task of coordinating care around the patient. You have close follow-up contact with the patients and offer advice and evaluation of ongoing care using self-assessments as tools. Meet our nurses. The clinic is newly established within the care choice of child and adolescent psychiatry starting in March 2024. It is an outpatient clinic that receives children and young people aged 6–17 for psychiatric assessment, investigation, and treatment. The clinic employs specialist doctors in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychologists, nurses, and administrative staff. Our location is centrally located in Växjö with good transport connections.

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in psychiatry, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
• It is an advantage if you are further educated as a specialist nurse in psychiatry

We are looking for someone with an interest in the varied work and the multifaceted mission of being a nurse in psychiatry. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first, ensuring good quality in care. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and organize your work.

At the same time, you are flexible and have good collaboration skills and are used to making assessments and decisions in consultation with doctors and nursing staff. You have a positive attitude and find the social work environment and team spirit important.
