Your Responsibilities:

As a technical project manager, you will lead the implementation of our client's web-based journal system. You will work closely with a team of system developers and configurators to plan, execute, and follow up on installations for both existing and new customers. The role involves:

- Analyzing customer needs and creating tailored solutions in collaboration with configurators and the customer.

- Ensuring a smooth process from planning to execution and delivery.

- Documenting work processes and instructions clearly and structurally.

- Leading and coordinating the work within the team, providing team members with the right conditions to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contributing to the further development and improvement of the company's products and processes.

You will also have the opportunity to hold demonstrations during training and events, assist at fairs and support cases, and test new implementations as needed. Most customer meetings are conducted digitally, and your primary workplace is in the office located in central Stockholm.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an engaged project manager who can handle multiple parallel tasks and create order in complex processes. You are an initiative-taking person who appreciates documentation and ideally has an interest in healthcare.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education, preferably at the university level, or equivalent work experience.

- Several years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within healthcare or related fields.

- Good computer skills and broad competence in MS Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF).

- Strong ability to express yourself in writing, both technically and academically.

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

- Experience in integration work, investigative work, or journal systems.

- Experience in leading teams or workgroups.

Personal Qualities:

- Responsible, meticulous, and efficient.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Initiative-taking and solution-oriented.

- Communicative and clear in both speech and writing.
