Maintenance Technician at Polymerspecialisten – AnVa HordaGruppen AB
We are looking for a maintenance technician for our factory in Bor.
AnVa HordaGruppen is a subcontractor to a number of world-leading customers primarily in the automotive and manufacturing industries, producing products in polymer materials. Our experience spans nearly 50 years, during which we have delivered advanced products by combining various materials into composite components. We offer to accompany our customers from idea to finished product, assisting with product development as well as prototype and series production. Our competencies include: Blow molding and injection molding of plastics, rubber and rubber/metal injection molding, extrusion and vulcanization of rubber hoses, and assembly.
In recent years, we have invested heavily in automation to find competitive solutions, often in combination with vision systems and pokayoke solutions. The company is part of the industrial group AnVa Industries and has operations in Bor and Horda in Sweden, where we employ around 130 people, and we also have a presence in Suzhou, China. We are certified according to IATF-16949, ISO-9001, and ISO-14001.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring operational reliability at our facility in Bor. The focus is on preventive and corrective maintenance, with documentation and planning also being significant parts of the job.
You will also perform technical investigations, carry out modifications, and improvements of production equipment.
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance work within electrical, mechanical, or automation fields. We prefer you to have a technical high school education, preferably from the electrical or automation side. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is considered an advantage if you are accustomed to documenting in maintenance systems and are familiar with working with PLCs, both in software and hardware.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have an interest in problem-solving and a strong analytical ability. Since we work with demanding customers, it is very important that you are a service-oriented, responsible person with a strong drive and a structured way of working.
