The position involves building long-term partner relationships together with a global sales team.

Kvaser is a market leader in distributed systems with cutting-edge products and solutions. Development of new systems and solutions takes place at our headquarters in Mölndal. We are experts in CAN and related bus protocols and strategically collaborate with other reputable technology companies.

About the position:

As the Partner Manager for our EMEA region, you will be based at our headquarters in Mölndal. Kvaser has built a very strong network of technical partners and resellers over the years, where your role is to further develop and establish long-term relationships based on knowledge and trust.

You will report directly to the company's Partner Director and work closely with the group's other salespeople in the USA and Asia, although your responsibility is to develop sales in Europe.

Your tasks will include:

  • Strategic planning for the development of our partner network.
  • Meeting and communicating with existing resellers.
  • Finding new technical partners and resellers.
  • Participating in events such as trade shows and industry meetings.
  • Providing internal feedback within the organization regarding new applications, products, and similar requests in the market.

Your profile:

We see that you have experience working closely with technology and possess good knowledge and experience in development work. We believe you are currently working in sales or a similar role within the electronics field, where you can combine your technical interest with sales. You have had your own responsibility for customers.

As a person, you are business-oriented and work goal- and result-oriented while independently driving your work forward. Your ability to open doors and push through deals is critical to succeed in the role. Likewise, your interest in technical solutions combined with your business acumen and your ability to understand and meet customer needs is essential. Since the role involves a lot of travel, it is important that you view travel as a positive aspect of the job.

The position requires a very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are action-oriented, have a holistic view, and are a good communicator. You have strong collaboration skills and are good at creating and maintaining good relationships with both colleagues and resellers as well as technical partners. We place great importance on your personal qualities and that you are a good representative and ambassador for Kvaser. You should be fluent in Swedish and English, and if you speak a third language, that is also a significant advantage.
