Great Security is in a very expansive phase. We now need to strengthen our nationwide team that works nationally and internationally with a driven and committed SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) who wants to join our team and together with our customers create a safer society.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a SPOC, you will primarily work with some of our nationwide customers in the retail segment, where the focus is on building good relationships with our clients, as well as developing the account in a cost-effective way for the customers. You are our representative towards the customer and the main responsible for the projects initiated in that customer contact. You will work with our entire security offering and translate the customer's needs and wishes into delivery. You ensure that the right personnel receive the right information so they can carry out the installation in a qualitative manner. You have the financial responsibility for the projects according to given frameworks. It is a very dynamic industry, and a workday can be very varied with both individual work and teamwork.

WHO YOU ARE

First and foremost, you are driven, engaged, and structured. You can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping any balls. You enjoy collaborating and have an outgoing and social personality. You will be an important player both internally and externally with a passion for what you do.

You have broad technical competence in security solutions and can listen to the customer's needs and then realize these together with our designers, estimators, project managers, and site managers. We believe that you have several years of experience in project management and sales within the security industry and have sold technical security systems as well as contracts and services with good results against budget.

You are motivated by working with complex solutions together with larger national and international companies. Additionally, you can identify and suggest business opportunities that both solve the customer's problems and lead to both you and the company achieving their goals.

You should also have experience speaking in front of groups and be able to hold customer presentations. Since the position involves quotation work and calculations, you are skilled at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and preferably in English. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage.

OTHER

The location will be Stockholm, Landskrona, or Gothenburg. Travel with overnight stays will occur.

The position may be placed in a security class. Security clearance including background checks, register checks, security clearance interviews, and special personal investigations may be conducted before/for the final candidate's employment. For certain positions, Swedish citizenship is required.
