We are currently seeking a student for our client's 1st Line Support in Solna for a consulting assignment via Randstad. The assignment starts immediately on a part-time basis during the spring, transitions to full-time during the summer, and continues with 1.5–2 days a week during the autumn.

Responsibilities

As 1st Line Support, you will be the company's face to the outside world via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers as well as suppliers. The inquiries you will handle range from invoices, supplier and customer accounts receivable, customer complaints, and reminders to financial transactions in the client's system.

You will also play an important role in assisting with questions about their supplier invoicing system and other financial programs. A typical day involves handling a large number of cases – both via calls and emails – with a focus on providing the best possible service.

The role is part of a dedicated and close-knit team of about 10 people who strive for continuous improvements and efficiencies in processes. There are great opportunities to contribute and develop!

Qualifications

• Ongoing post-secondary education in finance, with at least 2 years left in your studies.
• You are service-minded, communicative, and a quick learner.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Available to work 2 days a week, as well as full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays.
• Previous work experience as a finance assistant is a plus.
