Job Responsibilities:
Are you curious about a career in sales and want to start working with upselling? Then this could be the position for you! Fortum works on customizing and selling electricity contracts to companies across Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity contracts. In the role of Upsales Agent, you will:
Receive incoming calls and actively sell security packages and ID protection.

- You enjoy working towards both individual and collective results.
- Your attitude is positive, and you spread energy to both colleagues and customers.

- This role requires you to have good language skills in both Swedish and English.
Other:
- At least a high school diploma.
- You are comfortable using different systems.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. (Other languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in sales is highly meritorious.
- Ability to work 100%.
