Production Engineer - Time Study Technician

Production engineering is a function within NIBE AB where we have gathered all manufacturing-related technology in one organization. We are now strengthening this team with a time study technician, located in Markaryd.

A Day at Work

As a Time Study Technician, you will primarily conduct time measurements at both existing and new production lines. These measurements are crucial for accurately controlling and planning production, as well as for designing and maintaining performance-based pay systems and creating foundations for rationalizations. All measurement and processing of information is done using modern IT solutions. You will also work to some extent with production technology, such as identifying, proposing, and implementing rationalizations in our various manufacturing sections. You will be part of a team of 3-4 highly skilled and experienced time study technicians.

Does This Describe You?

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree and/or several years of experience in production engineering or management. You are independent with high integrity, humble yet straightforward and clear. You are meticulous and methodical, and have insight into the importance of flexible pay systems for successful production. To succeed in this role, you need to have several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, good computer skills, and be fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form.
