About the role

As a project manager with us, you will own the projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of dedicated employees and have full confidence to plan the work to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

The project manager will play a key role in the organization and lay the foundation for good collaboration with customers, both external and internal, ensuring we can deliver as planned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan external and internal projects according to the applicable project model.
• Coordinate resources and team members.
• Document and follow up on project progress.
• Reporting and internal visualization.
• Be the customer's contact person in the projects.
• Ensure that projects meet customer requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in driving industrial projects within the manufacturing industry, preferably high-volume production with short cycle times.
• Experience or education in technical fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading projects in technically advanced areas.
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.
