Property Technician Wanted at Caverion

We are looking for a property technician who masters one or more disciplines, such as ventilation, plumbing, electrical, energy, safety, or fire. This is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be a very important person for our client on site, which is a large international furniture company. Therefore, you need to be good at coordinating and prioritizing requests. This is the job for you who enjoys a varied everyday life. Standby duty may possibly be included.

You will have the opportunity to work with

• Conducting inspections, maintenance, and preventive/planned maintenance of property facilities and systems.
• Coordinating and being responsible for technical operations and functional requirements on site.
• Checking service orders for each area.
• Being responsible for handling and coordinating orders where special efforts are required.

Your background

• Technical knowledge and practical experience in property management such as inspections, maintenance, fault reporting, and standby with corrective maintenance for faults that have occurred
• Experience with technical documentation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, even in collaboration with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Swedish spoken and written
• Driver's license B
