About the Position
As a Housekeeping Manager, you are the link between the staff and the clients. In your daily work, you schedule and plan staffing and take the lead in finding personnel for vacancies. A large part of the job consists of following up with the staff and checking in with clients on-site at their offices. Together, you review the collaboration and assess future needs. Growth, quality, satisfaction, and service are the guiding principles that characterize this position and are included in every dialogue.
The position involves some administrative work, but the focus will always be on the clients and the staff. Unexpected events occur, and in the role of Housekeeping Manager, it is about acting quickly and finding opportunities instead of problems.
The position is full-time with an immediate start. You will work from Carotte's headquarters in Gärdet, but much of the work will be at clients around the city. Working hours are varied according to needs, and early mornings, evenings, and weekends may occur. You will plan your time together with the operations manager. Work in operations may occur.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment, training, and follow-up of Housekeepers
- Contact with clients, startup, follow-up, upselling, and quality control
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling, and absence and substitute management
- Participate in developing the work forward for a more sustainable, enjoyable, and profitable business
- Reporting to the Operations Manager

In addition, you are skilled at understanding and solving problems that may arise in daily work, and your ability to quickly find solutions ensures that operations run smoothly.

We are looking for someone who
- Has worked in the industry for several years and is ready for the next step
- Is a clear leader and can lead themselves and others towards common goals
- Is business-oriented, service-minded, and innovative
- Has experience in administrative work (preferable)
- Is experienced in meeting clients and staff in a businesslike and responsible manner
- Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Has a driver's license
