ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now seeking a dedicated Night Receptionist for Villa Dagmar to strengthen our team. Our ideal candidate is professional, driven, and has a passion for providing excellent service. It is an advantage if you have a genuine interest in the hotel industry and its dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out of guests according to the highest standards.
• Be responsible for nighttime booking inquiries and coordination.
• Handle security procedures and be the first point of contact for guests during the night.
• Perform night routines and ensure all documentation is correct and up to date.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure that all guest needs are met with the highest priority.

Desired qualities

As a Night Receptionist, you are professional, flexible, and engaged with an eye for detail and quality. You are used to working independently and are motivated by exceeding guest expectations. You are also confident in taking responsibility and making decisions during the night.

Experience and qualifications

We prefer that you have previous experience with a hotel booking system, preferably HMS, and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and additional language skills are considered a merit.

Your working hours are primarily at night and the position may be extended depending on needs. The position is a summer employment.
