About us and our history

Founded in 1968, Centro is the country’s oldest specialist chain for tiles and ceramics. We have stores & studios in 19 locations from Malmö to Örnsköldsvik. In 2023, FF Kakel AB merged its operations with Centro Kakel & Klinker AB, and in 2024, we also welcomed Kakeldax i Sverige AB to Centro. Starting in 2025, we will also move into a new central warehouse equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a unique logistics offering for our customers. Today, Centro is one of the leading companies in its industry with approximately 150 employees and a turnover of around 700 million SEK.

Role & responsibilities

The sales and logistics support function is part of our sales organization and can be likened to our lifeblood. This is where the business flows through to ensure the best coordination between sales and delivery. With a strong service orientation and problem-solving skills, the function handles everything from order placement, order follow-up to ensuring that the order reaches the customer. Today, the team consists of three employees, and with this recruitment, it will expand to four.

Your main tasks will involve:

• Managing and ensuring internal and external support regarding order processing
• Acting as a bridge between sales and our new central warehouse, including checking orders released against our IT system at the central warehouse
• Close collaboration with central functions and local salespeople regarding order flow and deliveries for the best customer service
• Following up on placed orders and communicating any deviations to salespeople and customers
• Inventory management, price adjustments, etc. in our business system Jeeves and Excel

• Good computer skills and can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• A broad experience from, for example, retail, logistics operations, and customer service
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Jeeves is considered a strong advantage

Employment conditions

Centro has a collective agreement, under which the position falls under the Trade Union's service agreement (Unionen).

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Location: Centro's headquarters Stockholm/Järfälla

Employment: Probationary employment/permanent employment

Start: As soon as possible/according to agreement

Salary: According to later agreement
