CNC Operator

Your Role

We are now looking for CNC operators for our unique production of the latest technology submarines and surface vessels at one of the world's most modern shipyards.

In your role, you will work with new installations, maintenance, and repairs.

You will be part of a team that works with processing materials that will then be used in production.

To succeed as a CNC operator with us, we see that you are collaborative, solution-oriented, and meticulous.

Your Profile

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC operator in either turning, milling, or vertical lathe
• CNC education
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Experience in setting up machines
• Processed larger components
• Worked with Mazatrol or Heidenhain
• Write programs according to drawings
• Worked in MasterCAM
• Previous experience in one-off manufacturing is an advantage

Desirable

• Experience with Mazatrol Smooth or MasterCAM
• Experience with manual machines

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
