We are looking for a determined and action-oriented Team Leader to lead and develop our client's team of Swedish and Norwegian Key Account Managers. In this role, you will hold a key position where you drive performance, optimize sales strategies, and build a strong team culture.

Your Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Work closely with other departments to improve workflows and optimize the customer experience.

Ensure that KPIs, sales targets, and reporting standards are met.

Create a positive and goal-driven team culture that reflects the company's values.

Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members to ensure strong performance.

Keep track of market trends and adapt strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Design and implement sales plans to increase revenue and expand the business.

Requirements

You have solid experience working as a Team Leader and experience in telephone sales. You also have experience in B2C.

You have a basic understanding of Spanish collective agreements and local regulations.

You have a strong ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with others, and lead a team.

You are analytical and have experience interpreting sales data to turn insights into concrete improvements.

You have experience with CRM systems and sales reporting, enabling you to optimize and follow up on sales processes.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Norwegian or Finnish is a plus.
