Your responsibilities: As a recruiter with us, you will work in a broad role, using Teamtailor to locate potential candidates. You will conduct thorough phone interviews, meet fantastic candidates via Teams for interviews, and spread delightful and vibrant energy with our clients. Your focus will always be to create a good synergy throughout the process, with an emphasis on both the candidate and the client.

• Selection and CV review
• Phone interviews
• Video interviews
• Renewing and publishing job ads on the website
• Maintaining personal contact and rapport with clients

We are looking for someone who: Is a team player. As a recruiter, you will be part of a tight-knit team that dares to think outside the box, takes initiative, and enjoys testing things on their own. • Is proactive, goal-oriented, and outgoing

• Has experience in recruitment and/or has just completed relevant studies
