We are looking for a driven Account Manager/Consultant Broker to join our team who wants to help build long-term customer relationships and assist companies in finding the right talent. About us Senterprise specializes in IT recruitment and consultant brokerage. We are now looking for a new colleague to our consulting brokerage team – where we help some of Sweden's most exciting tech companies find the right skills.

With roots in recruitment and headhunting, we have built extensive experience in matching the right person with the right assignment. We work closely with both clients and consultants, with transparency, joy, and engagement as our foundation.

About the position As an Account Manager/Consultant Broker with us, you will drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and outreach to building relationships with decision-makers and presenting consultants to our clients. The goal is to increase the flow of assignments and strengthen our position with clients.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales
• Is articulate in both spoken and written communication
• Is structured and accustomed to administrative work
• Has good experience in proactive sales and is passionate about building relationships with decision-makers
• Understands the value of creating and nurturing your network to succeed in the role
• Is goal-oriented, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has an interest in IT and tech – an industry that never stands still
