About the role and tasks

As a customer service representative with us, you will work together with your colleagues to help our customers. You are motivated by ensuring that the customer has a positive experience communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling inquiries via email and chat as well as incoming and outgoing calls. As a customer service representative with us, you will be offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations. Working hours vary between approximately 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, so it is important that you are flexible.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
