We are now looking for a Property Caretaker in Hällekis.

Make a difference with us

As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. In addition to handling maintenance requests, residents and clients order various smaller services such as repair tasks in homes and premises. Ongoing communication with residents, clients, and contractors is therefore an essential part of the job. You will also handle the procurement of consumables and care for your own work equipment. Snow removal is also included in the role.

The role of Property Caretaker is varied and allows for freedom under your own responsibility. Your daily tasks include:

• Standard maintenance after reported issues
• Troubleshooting
• Managing daily client contacts

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your team leader.

Contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to see and meet our clients' needs. You should be a team player who supports your colleagues. A positive attitude towards your work, our clients, and your coworkers is essential. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of organizing your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or vocational training focused on property management or operations. Experience in trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing is an advantage.

Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Hällekis, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.

The position requires a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
