Huber+Suhner is now looking for a goal-oriented and customer-focused Sales Manager to drive and develop business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow with the company and drive solution-oriented value-creating sales. The office is located in Kista, and you will be responsible for driving sales in Sweden as well as in the rest of the Nordic countries. Travel is included in the position.

About the position
In the role of Sales Manager, you will drive sales and development of Huber+Suhner's larger business deals. You will work with a broad product portfolio and tailor the offering to the unique needs of customers. You will work consultatively, create long-term relationships, and engage with both new and existing customers. You will drive growth and project sales and target industrial customers across several market segments such as Testing and Measurement and Energy. You will be responsible for sales targets and budgets and will also drive sales efforts through partners and selected distributors. In your sales work, you will visit customers throughout Sweden and other Nordic countries. You will also represent Huber+Suhner at selected fairs and events.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant education, good technical competence, business acumen, and strong experience in complex customized sales. You work with both consultative and relationship-building sales and have good experience working with contracts and bids. Experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, have good knowledge of the Office suite, and hold a B driver's license.
As a person, you are results-oriented and want to develop in sales. You have a coaching approach, are communicative, and enjoy providing excellent service to your customers. Building good relationships is important to you, and you thrive on being out in the field meeting customers and partners. Furthermore, you are structured and organized, and you enjoy working independently in a role with significant responsibility.
