Student Assistant in Finance and Administration

Assemblin Ventilation AB is a leading player in ventilation solutions, working to create energy-efficient and sustainable indoor environments. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and system-savvy student who wants to gain valuable experience in administration, finance, and payroll.

As a student assistant in their finance team, you will work with administrative tasks related to payroll and finance. You will primarily handle time reporting in their systems Agda and Mobigo, as well as support the finance department with various administrative tasks. In the long run, there is also the opportunity to work as a finance assistant in accounts payable.

The position is based at their office in Fosie, Malmö, where you will work two days a week during the semesters according to a flexible schedule based on your availability. During the summer, you will work approximately 50%.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student at least 50% in finance, administration, or a similar field.
• Is a detail-oriented and responsible person.
• Has good system skills and is technically savvy.
• Has experience with or a good understanding of Excel.
• Is structured with an eye for detail.
