Willhem is looking for a caretaker in Jönköping

We are now expanding our organization with a caretaker and are looking for someone who wants to contribute with commitment and solution-focused thinking to the Jönköping team.

In Jönköping, Willhem manages about 1200 apartments, and you will be welcomed by a great team of 8 people. We value collaboration, drive, and personal responsibility. As a caretaker with us, you are the one who keeps an eye on the property and ensures that our tenants receive excellent service. Your main tasks include troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving issues that arise in our customers' apartments. Under the guidance of the property manager, you will be responsible for the properties and nurture and develop relationships with our tenants.

Your tasks include:

- planning and performing repairs and ongoing maintenance

- managing and documenting service requests, feedback, and complaints

- conducting rounds in your property area

- performing apartment inspections

- placing orders and approving invoices

- supervising ventilation and heating in our properties

- creating and maintaining a good relationship with tenants and reporting tenant feedback

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on or further education in technology and/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with knowledge and experience in at least some of the areas of plumbing, apartment inspections, fire safety, patrol work, or electrical work. Furthermore, you have experience in customer-facing property work. You should be comfortable working with computer systems, and a B driver's license is required.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a caretaker, you have a lot of control over your time, so we are looking for someone who is responsible and can prioritize their workday. You have a strong drive and are encouraged to come up with ideas on how we can improve our areas. Your ability to work independently is good, but you also function well in a team as we place great importance on collaboration and helping each other. As a caretaker, you will work closely with our assistant property managers.
