About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment via KIMM/Wise Professionals at DOZ Pharmacy. The assignment is full-time with immediate start for up to 6 months, with opportunities for extension and/or employment.

About the role

We are now looking for a Production Manager for DOZ Pharmacy who will be overall responsible for campaign planning, execution, and follow-up!

You will join an energetic and caring workplace with an open atmosphere. We are located at Södra Station in central Stockholm, and the role reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on production processes within marketing and communication.
• Ensure that campaigns and materials (online and offline) are produced according to schedule, budget, and quality.
• Close collaboration with our in-house agency, printing house, media agency, and other external partners.
• Coordinate and optimize workflows between internal departments and external suppliers.
• Act as a bridge between marketing, purchasing, sales, and logistics, etc.
• Budget and cost control.
• Follow-up and reporting of key performance indicators for efficiency.
• Support local activations and requests from pharmacies.
• Project management of the marketing portal.
• Additional projects (such as events, collaborations).

About you

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the ability to manage your time effectively. You are skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, both short- and long-term, always with deadlines and quality in focus. You are curious, driven, and eager to develop. You build good relationships and find it easy to collaborate.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in production and/or project management from an advertising agency or in-house agency.
• Experience in managing production across all channels from A to Z (print, digital, and video).
• Experience in creating efficient processes.
• Experience in managing purchased media (with the help of a media agency).
• Relevant post-secondary education.

Knowledge of InDesign and experience in Retail is a plus.
