I am a young guy, 17 years old, living with my family in Bengtsfors. I have autism, which means I need your help to structure my daily life and prepare for each moment so that I know what to expect. I have difficulty understanding risks and consequences and need your help there as well to avoid dangerous situations. It is important that you understand this way of working and that you are low-arousal in your approach. Despite my challenges, I am a cheerful and active guy who loves to be outdoors in the forest, go for walks, hang out in the garden, swim, etc. I hope that you, as my assistant, want to do these things with me!

Working with me requires a lot of commitment and curiosity! You need to be stress-resistant as we have intense days, but we also have a lot of fun together! It is a plus if you speak Polish, but it is not a requirement. You need to have a driver's license since you will be driving the family's car when we go somewhere.

Your working hours will vary, and there will be both day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends (every other weekend). The position is equivalent to about 50-65% employment.
