About the role
As a Salesforce consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and create tailored solutions that improve their processes. Your main responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
- Analyzing business needs in collaboration with clients.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Salesforce applications.
- Performing maintenance work.
- Working according to agile methodologies.
- Providing expert advice on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborating with other teams to gather requirements and deliver the right solutions.
We are looking for you who
To succeed in the role of Salesforce consultant, you need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce application consultant.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Desirable qualifications that we value:
- Experience working in an agile environment, preferably with the SAFe framework.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
Personal qualities and behaviors that we appreciate:
- Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Consultative and trustworthy demeanor.

Recruitment process

Conditions
