About the position

As a receptionist at Waterfront Cabins, you will be a key player at the heart of our operations – the reception. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a personal and memorable experience. With your commitment and positive attitude, you will ensure that every guest receives exceptional service, from booking to departure, and leaves with a feeling of being well taken care of.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing bookings via phone, email, and online to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process.

Receiving and handling incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor, always ready to assist our guests.

Preparing and planning for upcoming stays, ensuring that all details are in place to provide our guests with a great experience.

Check-in and check-out, where you ensure that guests have a quick and comfortable start to their stay and leave with a smile.

Creating and responding to guest reviews, to both utilize feedback and demonstrate our commitment to continuously improving the experience.

Optimizing the guest experience through personal service, where we go the extra mile to create a memorable and positive experience for every guest.

About the employment:

The position is as needed, located at Kvillepiren in Gothenburg. Weekend and evening work may occur, and we would like you to be able to start immediately. In this recruitment, we apply individual salary setting.
