Are you the right person to strengthen our sales team in Lidköping? Here is a golden opportunity.

The position involves focusing on the sale of new and used cars along with associated products and financing solutions for private individuals. In the role of a salesperson, you will work with proactive sales towards private customers. You will handle the entire deal from the first meeting with the customer to the delivery of the car. Relationships and collaboration with our suppliers and partners will be a success factor in your work. You will work based on set budget goals and have a results-oriented approach with a focus on business and creating the best customer relationships.

Responsibilities

As a salesperson, you will work with the entire car business from trade-in to contract signing. You will engage in proactive phone outreach to private customers. You will guide your customer through advising on our products, test drives, providing information on accessories and financing solutions, facilitating insurance, and being the contact person after the customer has received their car. In your role, it is important to professionally meet customers, create good business relationships, and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a driver's license are required.
• We prefer that you have good local knowledge and previous experience in sales with result targets.
• You are a team player who enjoys working together in a group towards set goals.
• You are driven by making deals and have a strong focus on results and satisfied customers.
• You take initiative, are flexible to changes, and always have a business opportunity in mind.
• You are responsible with a good sense for creating collaboration.
• You are structured and appreciate routines and processes as well as taking personal responsibility.
• Previous experience in proactive sales and appointment booking is considered an asset.

Conditions

Probationary employment for six months and thereafter permanent employment. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline.
