Your Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation

• Develop and improve existing products and drive the development of new products.
• Drive innovation through market and environmental monitoring.
• Ensure that products meet quality requirements, standards, and sustainability goals.
• Keep our products at the forefront of circular systems.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Lead product development projects in close collaboration with logistics, purchasing, and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships together with purchasing.

Knowledge Sharing & Customer Support

• Be responsible for internal knowledge dissemination about the company's products.
• Support customers in product inquiries and implementation.

Worth Knowing

The position is located in Stockholm or Västerås. In Västerås, you will be close to our production and testing operations, while Stockholm offers a more central office environment. The role encompasses both strategic and operational work, where you will have contact with customers, suppliers, and internal partners. You will become a key player in a leading and growing company in the industry!

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in product development, preferably within the plastics industry and/or sustainable materials. You are analytical and problem-solving, with a deep understanding of materials, production technology, and quality work. Furthermore, you have a strong drive, are persistent, and are used to leading projects from idea to finished product.

You thrive in a role where you combine structure with collaboration and work closely with our internal functions, suppliers, and development partners. Additionally, you have a business understanding and can identify market and customer needs to create innovative solutions. You communicate clearly, build trust, and can present ideas even at the management level. Your curiosity, integrity, and proactive attitude are crucial for your success in the role.

You have good IT skills, including proficiency in the Office suite and CAD, and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
