With us, you contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses.

Together with other colleagues in the procurement function, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational procurement work at the authority.

About the Job

Kronofogden collaborates with the Swedish Tax Agency on parts of the strategic purchasing work but handles the procurement of the services needed within the enforcement area, e.g., locksmith services in-house. The position also involves collaboration with the Tax Agency's procurement unit, e.g., ensuring service collaboration and assisting in being a coordinating requirement setter in the procurements carried out by the Tax Agency on behalf of Kronofogden.

The work includes being proactive and driving the authority to make good deals, following guidelines and regulations in all purchases. The procurement function conducts ongoing change work to ensure the authority's strategic purchasing work. You are expected to contribute to this work together with your colleagues and work to establish and anchor applicable working methods and processes. We work together as a team and support each other in the assignment.

In the role of a procurement officer, you collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and navigate comfortably within the procurement area while having good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).

You participate in the work of establishing and monitoring compliance with governing documents and, together with other procurement officers, carry out central follow-ups in the area and ensure that the results are handled in the best possible way.

Everyone working at Kronofogden contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. As a case officer, you may, for example, alert other authorities that a person is receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you contributing to stopping incorrect payments from the welfare system.

You will be placed in the infrastructure unit, which consists of 14 employees and a manager. The unit also handles other tasks such as property management and physical security. The position is located in Sundbyberg, the authority's largest office with about 600 employees. In your role as a procurement officer, you will work with all 32 offices of the authority spread across the country. Travel is part of the job.

You are strategically and business-oriented and work solution-focused with a positive and constructive attitude. You are service-oriented, collaborative, and have a positive demeanor, being a good communicator who adapts your language to the recipient. You have good communicative and pedagogical skills and want to contribute to a good climate in the workgroup.

Your Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on procurement or other education that the employer deems relevant to the area.
  • At least 3 years of documented experience from employment as a procurement officer within public administration, being able to independently plan and drive both large and small service procurements, both above and below threshold values.
  • Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act.
  • Very good experience in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is desirable if you have current experience in contract follow-up. Current experience in change work is also desirable.
