As a nurse with us, you have a care responsibility for your care team and act as a team leader for your group. We promote close and interdisciplinary collaboration between care teams and actively work to ensure safe and effective care planning. In collaboration with the department's care planner, you are responsible for planning patients' discharge in a structured and professional manner.

To strengthen your competence, we offer continuous education in medical areas, which provides both a broad knowledge base and the opportunity for specialization. You will also receive support through mentorship with an experienced and confident nurse.

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• medication management, infusions, injections, and transfusions
• peritoneal dialysis treatments
• chemotherapy treatments
• management of central lines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who loves to work in a team, is attentive, and can communicate well with colleagues as well as patients. You can quickly adapt to acute situations and changing circumstances. You can prioritize and structure your work effectively. You take into account the best interests of the organization, contribute to development, and see opportunities in change.

For the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse with the authority to work in Swedish healthcare
• be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
