You will be part of a wonderful team of six people within the HR and payroll department, characterized by collaboration, communication, and engagement. Your workplace is at JENSEN's headquarters, located in modern and bright premises in the heart of Gamla Stan.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a payroll specialist, you will work with the entire payroll process and other related administration within Payroll/HR. An important part of the job is to ensure that our routines and processes are followed and developed as needed. We therefore set high demands for both quality and efficiency. The work involves daily contact, mainly via email, with both employees and managers. You will work closely with HR to facilitate and support the operations in their daily work.

Qualifications

To succeed as a payroll specialist with us, you need to have good knowledge of the entire payroll process and excellent administrative skills. You should have a relevant qualified vocational education and at least five years of experience in payroll administration. You are quick to learn, can easily familiarize yourself with systems and processes, and prioritize based on deadlines. Previous experience working with collective agreements for teachers and holiday pay is an advantage. Experience working with Flex-HRM/PAYROLL is also a plus. You have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. In this role, it is important that you are structured, meticulous, service-oriented, and humble in your approach to work. You have good communication skills and can answer questions from employees and managers in a pedagogical manner, and you are eager to learn new things. You have a knack for numbers, are analytical, and enjoy working with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you find payroll work enjoyable, as this is essential for truly thriving and contributing in the best way.

You will work very closely with your colleagues in HR and payroll, so good collaboration skills are important prerequisites for fitting in and thriving in our team.

Location and Employment Type

The position is a permanent full-time employment at 100%, located at our headquarters in Gamla Stan. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
