• At least 2 years of experience in leadership within Housekeeping or similar work experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the position As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you, together with our Housekeeping Manager, will be responsible for our Housekeeping team. Together, you will ensure that our 122 hotel rooms, 12 meeting rooms, pool club, and other common areas are always in top condition. You report to the Housekeeping Manager. Working hours are varied over days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Introduction and training of new colleagues
• Responsible for training and development of employees
• Quality assurance and development of our environments and hotel rooms
• Manage orders and inventories
• Scheduling and leadership
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience and operational efficiency.

Employment form: 100% permanent. Day, evening, and weekend. Start date: April/May. Salary: According to agreement and negotiation.
