About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and taking care of plants.

The position is full-time, with the possibility of a 75% position if desired, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

The workplace is Holmen Paper in Hallstavik.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the client. It is important that you are responsive to the client's needs. You easily build good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We prefer that you have experience in service occupations or industry experience.

It is important that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A high school education is a requirement.
