JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two nursing assistants for the short-term unit Vimarhaga F.

Vimarhaga F is a unit that has short-term places and security places. For those who have a short-term place, we work with rehabilitative efforts to help the person return to their home. In the security places, the person books in, who otherwise receives help from a relative at home. Palliative care is also a task that occurs.

The job responsibilities involve facilitating the daily life of the users, providing them with good care and a meaningful everyday life.

Your task as care personnel is to work with person-centered care, through this we take advantage of the strengths of each user and include them in every decision regarding the person.

The job responsibilities also include documenting and performing health and medical care efforts based on delegation from a nurse, as well as performing rehabilitative efforts after delegation from a physiotherapist and occupational therapist.

A good approach is a given in this work!

The start dates differ for the two positions, estimated start dates are 2025-05-01 and 2025-08-18.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant/has completed the care and nursing program or has equivalent education.
• Has experience in similar work.
• Has a B driver's license.

We value that you as a person are responsible and act safely and steadily. Other valuable qualities in the profession are creativity, attentiveness, and a positive attitude. It is also important that you have good collaboration skills, are calm, and have the ability to adapt your working methods based on the user's needs. It is also important that you feel comfortable working independently, as a large part of the work is done on your own.

The job requires verbal and written communication and also documentation, so you must be computer literate and must master the Swedish language in speech and writing. If you can speak another language, it is a plus.
