Customer Receptionist Role at Maskinia

About the Position

Your primary tasks will consist of:

Customer interaction over the counter, phone, and email.
Planning and distributing work among technicians together with the site manager
Proactively working with customers and calling out for service bookings during campaigns
Ordering materials for service work and creating quotes
Supporting and guiding technicians in their daily work

We are looking for someone who

Has previous experience working in a workshop (preferably in a similar role)
Enjoys customer contact and is skilled at building long-term relationships
Is technically interested
Likes to work in a team and is flexible

Formal Requirements:

Manual B driver's license
BE driver's license and forklift license (meritorious)
Communicates fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing
