Who are we

Gajane Gross AB is one of Sweden's largest tobacco suppliers with several well-known brands, such as Odens Snus, Siberia, Islay Whisky, and more.

Today we are expanding further and need to strengthen our operations with a field salesperson in Västernorrland, Västerbotten, and Norrbotten counties.

What is the job

As a field salesperson, you will be the driving force of the sales team with the ambition to maintain and develop the company's position in the market.

You will work with our existing customers and find new customers, build long-term relationships, and increase the company's sales volumes. You will work in a fast-paced team that challenges and supports each other.

You will receive internal training in product knowledge and coaching from the group's sales manager to have the right conditions for success from the start. You will work towards your own budget target and report directly to the sales manager who will assist you with advice and support.

We are looking for a person who is committed to development within a company and has long-term goals that we can achieve together.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, and travel with overnight stays may occur. A work computer, phone, and car/fuel are included in the position. A bonus system is applied.

Who are you

You will have a lot of responsibility from the start, and therefore the position requires a high work ethic and self-drive, as well as the ability to effectively plan and work towards set goals. Therefore, you should be structured and business-driven, highly motivated, and very flexible.

You should be passionate about sales and be a team player who inspires your colleagues to win as a team. Work experience in tobacco sales is a requirement.

To thrive in the role, you should be social, empathetic with good communication skills, and have a genuine interest in building new relationships.
