Your Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, whether you have extensive experience in the industry or just a strong technical interest. At Saab, you will work as an assembler in an exciting environment, where you and your team are responsible for assembling parts for our innovative defense and security solutions. You will work with both assembly and inspection of our products.

As an assembler, you will contribute to continuous improvements and work towards high quality in our production. Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is interested in how things work, and wants to develop their technical competence. Do you have previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, or have you always had a technical interest and want to develop it further? Then you are the one we are looking for. We know that a technical interest or experience can come from many different backgrounds; you may have studied technology in high school, worked with everything from repairs and service to production, or spend a lot of your free time in the garage. What is important to us is that you have an eye for detail and an interest in technology and assembly!

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the work requires you to understand and absorb information in both languages in both written and spoken form.

Shift work occurs in our production, so we see that you need to be flexible regarding working hours as these may also change over time. The role belongs to the IF Metall agreement area, and we apply fixed-term employment for 12 months.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
