We are looking for personnel for a Bystronic press brake with 4 meters and 100 tons. The position as a press brake operator is one of the more advanced roles we can offer, and your problem-solving skills as well as your technical knowledge are tested daily. This makes the hours fly by and helps you develop as a person. The company has complete manufacturing that includes most types of sheet metal processing machines as well as CNC, welding, painting, and logistics. Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include supplying the machines with materials using forklift driving, setting up the machine, and changing tools. You will check quality through measurement and keep your workstation organized. The work is both flexible and independent. As a press brake operator, there is also a career path to move on to work with other machines or programming and preparation of the machines. Many people in this company have also transitioned from operator to office worker.

Your Profile

Here, it is required that you have previously worked in the industry and that you are well acquainted with modern sheet metal processing machines, preferably press brakes, and that you are used to setting up and adjusting a press brake. You need knowledge in reading technical drawings, programming, and measurement technology, as well as enjoying problem-solving. As a person, you work methodically and carefully and follow instructions. You should be able to work 2 shifts. Furthermore, you are a team player who wants to have fun at work with your colleagues. You are a technical, quality-conscious, and meticulous person who can handle social relationships and drive yourself in your work. You are required to have a forklift license, a driver's license, and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
