Duro Tapet is one of Sweden's most historic wallpaper manufacturers, with roots dating back to the 1930s. The entire manufacturing process, from sketch to finished product, takes place in our pleasant facility located in the Hagaström district of Gävle. We produce wallpapers with a unique combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern design, and we are proud to offer high-quality wallpapers that beautify walls both in Sweden and on the international market. We are now looking for a driven employee for our warehouse who wants to be part of our ambitious team and contribute to strengthening Duro's position as a leading player in the wallpaper industry. Duro Sweden AB has been designing and manufacturing high-quality wallpapers for almost a century. We strive to create wallpapers that withstand fast fashion trends and remain as beautiful today as tomorrow, with the goal of offering products that contribute to harmonious and happy homes. Our range includes everything from classic and timeless collections to modern design.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a warehouse employee who wants to grow with the company. You will be responsible for all incoming deliveries of various materials and raw materials that come to production, as well as the outgoing deliveries that occur daily to our Swedish retailers and also to several export markets around the world. A large part of the deliveries also goes directly to end customers via “dropship” in collaboration with several large e-commerce players. In this role, you will drive a lot of forklift and be part of an important hub in the factory where close cooperation takes place with inside sales and production. The company has good opportunities to continue growing by strengthening sales in both existing and new markets, and therefore we hope that our staff also sees the opportunity to grow in the role and within the business. As a warehouse employee, there are high demands for accuracy and efficiency, and the business is continuously measured on delivery precision from several of our major customers. The business's ERP system is in a modern IT environment, and the system we work in is Monitor G5.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you need to have an orderly mind and an interest in creating well-functioning routines together with the rest of the team. Formal previous experience in warehouse work and a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement. More importantly, you have a strong focus on your work, are organized, and are a secure person. You are driven to perform your tasks efficiently but also with precision, possibly using methods that we develop together. The tasks in the role vary greatly throughout the day and the pace, so you should enjoy being flexible and able to step in when needed. In the workgroup, we are just over 5 people, and communication is important to create a pleasant atmosphere and understanding with your colleagues.

Good IT skills and comfort in using or learning our systems are prerequisites. To perform the work with us, you have forklift training or something you will receive. Within a certain time, the role may also develop into more areas within the fantastic and unique field we operate in; Wallpaper manufacturing.
