About the Position

As an industrial worker, you will work with the production and assembly of components according to our client's specifications. You will be responsible for monitoring machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring that production complies with current safety regulations. Furthermore, your tasks will include managing material flows and contributing to the efficiency of production processes. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that daily production goals are met and report any deviations to management. The working hours for this position are scheduled for two shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is practically inclined and has a technical interest. You are eager to work in the manufacturing industry and are open to various types of tasks. A driver's license and forklift license A+B are necessary for you to perform the tasks effectively.

Previous work experience in the manufacturing industry or equivalent education is an advantage. Experience working in teams and with improvement initiatives within the industry is considered a significant plus in the selection process.
