ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking for a HVAC Technician focusing on property automation (control and regulation) for the customer's site in Braås. About the Role

You will be responsible for the commissioning of control, regulation, and monitoring systems, as well as data collection, analysis of energy data, and simpler analyses of energy technology systems. You will propose energy optimization and follow up on energy work, holding follow-up meetings with the customer. You will handle problems that arise in the work based on current instructions in consultation with your immediate supervisor. You have the authority to stop work that may pose environmental and occupational health risks and call upon and assist ISS technicians and selected subcontractors or side suppliers and follow up on their work. You have cost responsibility for the execution of supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance in accordance with the applicable contract, as well as budget and result responsibility for proposals and execution of improvement measures, planned maintenance, and smaller projects. You will procure materials according to the applicable purchasing policy. In your role, you will account for your own time and work performed and report any faults, deficiencies, and improvement suggestions in the designated system. You will immediately report environmental and occupational health risks and incidents to your immediate supervisor. You need to understand how agreements, legal requirements, and regulations affect the company's, property owner's, and tenant's operations, as well as the execution of your own tasks, and be familiar with and work according to the agreed contract with the customer. This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities

Supervision, maintenance, and adjustment of the control center's regulation parameters (PID) and setpoints for stable and accurate regulation, as well as programming and adjustment of control and regulation functions for optimal operation of heating, cooling, and ventilation. Establish and implement the most optimal operating strategy for the property through control, regulation, and monitoring systems, as well as control and modification of operating times, operating conditions, setpoints, and other important parameters. Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of control systems, as well as developing improvement measures and alternative solutions within property automation. Monitoring and troubleshooting of systems using the control system and developing trend and historical analysis. Energy and media monitoring, as well as simpler project design, procurement, and implementation. For example, drafting technical descriptions or basic requirements for systems and advising customers on climate and optimization issues related to control and regulation systems in properties.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in Automation/Control and Regulation Technology, DUC programming and/or PLC, as well as experience with control and monitoring systems and the impact of various types of regulation functions on indoor climate and operating strategies. It is advantageous if you have: Mobile working platforms, Working at heights, Hot work, Facility manager for automatic fire alarm systems, Facility manager for sprinklers, and OVK certification. A driver's license (B) is required.
