Vöfab owns and manages facilities such as schools, preschools, offices, castles, and cultural and sports arenas in Växjö municipality. We own properties of varying ages and standards and have developed over the past ten years from being a property manager to also becoming a developer. Through our knowledgeable and dedicated employees, we create environments for people to grow throughout their lives.
We are now looking for engaged team leaders for our summer holiday projects!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a team leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising youth in their summer jobs
- Planning and organizing daily activities and tasks
- Ensuring that work is carried out according to Vöfab's guidelines and standards
- Being a positive and supportive leader for the youth, focusing on support and motivation
- Various simpler craft work
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has leadership experience, preferably in similar projects
- Is responsible and has good organizational skills
- Is communicative and easy to collaborate with others
- Has a positive and engaged attitude
- Holds a B driver's license
