Job Description

As a project and logistics administrator, you will primarily work with delivery and freight management, order administration, and logistics. You will be an important part of the chain and a significant colleague in the team. The role is coordinating in nature, and you will provide administrative support to the project managers while also being responsible for ensuring that deliveries are sent out according to schedule. The assignment also involves many internal contact points and occasionally external contact with customers. Your tasks will include:

• receiving and registering orders from project managers
• creating and distributing shipping documents
• booking transport and freight
• order administration
• ordering office supplies

About You

To succeed in the role of project and logistics administrator, we see that you have previous experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar role where you get to be the spider in the web. You have very good computer skills, are used to working in MS Office, and speak and write fluently in Swedish.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service combined with administration. As a person, you drive your work forward and work just as well independently as in collaboration with others. You have good communication skills while being structured and solution-oriented. Furthermore, you thrive in a job where tasks are handled concurrently and where you are given significant responsibility to perform your job as well as possible.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity for permanent employment with the client.
