JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our care and nursing operations, including home care, elderly care, day activities, and short-term accommodation, you will help people who need support in their daily lives. Here you will meet people with physical disabilities due to age, illness, or an accident, as well as people with cognitive diseases such as dementia and memory issues. With us, you will help create safety for both care recipients and their relatives. You will be an important part of the whole, where you and about 300 other employees work with personal care efforts, from shopping, washing, and cleaning, to supporting and caring.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or who is studying nursing and has completed at least 3 semesters. If you do not have a nursing assistant education but are studying or have previous relevant experience in care and nursing, you are welcome to apply as a care aide.

You need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing as the job involves daily contact with customers and colleagues, as well as documentation and reading information related to the work.

Furthermore, we see that you are empathetic, flexible, independent, and responsible. You have a good attitude and your ability to collaborate is strong. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We view it positively if you can work at least six consecutive weeks to ensure good summer planning.

A driving license (B) is an advantage for work within home care.
