As the regional manager for Ung Företagsamhet Kronoberg, you will have a dynamic and business-driven role where you lead and develop the organization with a focus on growth, partnerships, and sales. You will drive the team with inspiring leadership and a strong belief in the employees' ability to deliver results. The mission is to strengthen young people's understanding of business and entrepreneurship while building long-term relationships with the business community, municipalities, and other strategic actors. Kronoberg is an expansive region with great potential, and here lies a unique opportunity to create real impact.

In this role, you will have a clear business focus, where strategic planning is combined with operational execution. You are responsible for ensuring economic growth by developing and expanding partnerships, driving sales efforts, and securing funding for the organization. You will follow up on results, analyze key figures, and work proactively to strengthen UF's position in the region. As a public representative of the organization, you will build networks, identify business opportunities, and ensure that Ung Företagsamhet Kronoberg is a natural partner for the business community.

The role entails full responsibility for personnel, sales, and results. You will continuously work with budgeting, follow-up, and reporting to the regional board, as well as collaborate with UF Sweden and colleagues in region South. As the organization grows, you will also be a driving force in recruitment and team development.

Who Do We Think You Are?

We are looking for a business-oriented and relationship-building leader with strong drive and the ability to turn visions into concrete results. We also see that you have a good understanding of business economics and follow-up to succeed in the role. You are goal-oriented, enjoy sales and networking, and have a structured working method. Experience in personnel responsibility is an advantage, but the most important thing is your ability to coach, inspire, and make strategic decisions. An established network within the business community in Kronoberg is a plus, as is experience in entrepreneurship or sales. You need to be a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a natural ability to represent the organization professionally.

The position requires a B driver's license and involves travel both within and outside the region. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have the ability to represent the organization externally.
