JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the role entail?

You will have overall responsibility for developing the purchasing operations in our southern purchasing area, where we primarily manage the timber flows to our sawmills in Hästveda, Vislanda, Alvesta, and Urshult. We aim to be the most attractive and obvious partner for both forest owners and other collaborators. Therefore, the focus is on business acumen, active coaching & follow-up, and communication.

You will lead a dedicated team where your role is to create the right conditions for your employees to succeed and thrive in their roles. As a regional manager, you will be part of Vida Skog's management team and report directly to the CEO. We see our office in Vislanda as a suitable location for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an engaged and motivating leader who is skilled at developing both individuals and business processes. We prefer that you have a forestry background and have likely worked for several years in a leading and coaching role, but are now eager for a new challenge in perhaps the most successful forestry company in the country.
