About the Position

As a tire technician, your role includes changing and balancing tires, managing tire hotel operations and storage, as well as performing wheel alignments and cleaning in a lively and varied work environment. You should feel comfortable interacting with customers and be ready to take on tasks where needed. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

About You

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles, technology, and mechanics. You must have a B driver's license to perform the tasks effectively. A practical approach and the ability to work both independently and in a group are important, as the work involves tire service and customer contact. You should enjoy taking initiative and working towards set goals and deadlines.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with tire changes and have experience handling different types of driver's licenses, in addition to the B license. Experience working with both smaller and larger vehicles is a plus, as well as the ability to handle stress during seasonal periods with high tempo. You should be quality-conscious and meticulous, and in good physical shape to handle heavy tasks within tire service and tire hotel management.
