Are you an engaged welder with pedagogical skills?

We are now looking for someone to take over the responsibility as a welding teacher when our colleague retires. In this role, you will have the opportunity to both develop and convey your expertise to our students and interns, while also playing an important role in our factory's daily operations.

There are plans to work alongside the current welding teacher for a sustainable handover.

Responsibilities

• Take care of students and interns, providing support and guidance.
• Conduct internal welding training and welding tests, ensuring good work methods and quality.
• Guide in the factory, host study visits, and introduce new employees.
• Participate in the development and testing of filler materials and welding equipment.
• Engage in welding forums, Teknikcollege, and various fairs to stay updated in the field.
• Work on improvement projects, emergency repairs, and support preparation in the development of prototypes (welding knowledge).

About you

You have:

• A welding background
• Pedagogical education or experience is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with common IT tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You are pedagogical and relationship-building and have the ability to create a learning and motivating environment.

Flexibility and initiative are important for you to thrive in this role.

You take responsibility, have a strong drive, and a desire to contribute to our continuous development.
