Your tasks:

• Install alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair these systems.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Manage service and maintenance of security systems.
• Contribute to creating a positive customer experience through your approach and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with your team and share your knowledge to continuously develop and improve together.

Your profile:

For us, it's not just technical competence that matters; we believe everyone can learn. We are looking for a person who enjoys being in contact with customers and likes to solve problems in an engaged manner. You are curious and have a positive attitude towards new challenges, and you know that the most important thing is that the customer feels seen and secure.

We would like you to:

• Have a technical understanding and preferably experience with security systems or installations.
• Be a responsive and solution-oriented person who is good at collaborating.
• Have good communication skills and be able to explain technical issues in a simple way.
• Be flexible, responsible, and enjoy working independently.

Requirements:

• Have a B driver's license.
• Be without a criminal record – We obtain an extract from the criminal record annually.
