Caverion is expanding with new assignments, and we now have two exciting roles as operation technicians for our client Saab. You will work in their newly built property portfolio in Solna Strand and also assist in Järfälla. Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

We are heading towards an exciting future and building a team that consists of a close-knit group that is nationally responsible for our client's property portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to work with

You will be responsible for supervision, maintenance, and preventive/planned maintenance of property facilities and systems on the client site. You will work both independently and together with our competent team. On-call duty is included.

The role also includes:

• Performing technical service, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Coordinating and being responsible for technical operation and functional requirements on site within the time frame.
• Examples of work areas you will be working with include SBA, ventilation, cooling, control/regulation, VS.

Your background

You are an experienced operation technician with many years of experience in the operation and maintenance of properties.

• You have an operation technician education.
• You have good experience working independently with supervision and maintenance of property technical systems.
• You are also accustomed to working with documentation and reporting.
• You have good Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good ability to build trustful relationships and are driven by good cooperation with clients and colleagues. You are technically interested and motivated by improvement work and development. We want you to be responsible and have a very good ability to organize your work and enjoy analysis work and reporting.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
